Eastdale Mall

I enjoyed it. The stores I wanted were open and had decent selections and prices. Planning to return. BATH AND BODY WORKS has a great sale. Customer service is good.

We only went into the At Home store while we were there. Enjoyed it, there is plenty to look at that's for sure

Eastdale Mall has become a dilapidated, ghost-town of a mall with sub par businesses/retailers scattered amongst the other closed stores. Even the decor has become rotted and worn. All major retailers have left with the exception of Belks. The only saving grace is that the Eastdale Mall is an ok place for the elderly to walk indoors so as to stay fit, mobile, and social.

Haven't been here in about 5 years and was hoping to do some shopping and all, but there was hardly any stores open and the good court sucked when it came to options I will stick with the mall in Hoover.

Most malls aren't doing well these days, but this one felt..off. To get to the Dillard's Clearance store, you have to go outside and around the building, most likely /after/ finding the sign inside telling you to do so. The perfume kiosk people were a little pushy.
